Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Analyzer adalah sensor yang ada pada alat yang biasa digunakan untuk memonitor kualitas air.
Sel galvanik yang terdiri dari anoda dan katoda yang ada berguna untuk mengukur potensi yang terkait dengan reaksi redoks. Reaksi oksidasi yang terjadi pada elektroda ditunjukkan dengan, “semakin tinggi konsentrasi oksidan dalam larutan, semakin besar potensi yang dihasilkan dan pengukuran ORP.”
